Terms and Conditions: TERMS AND CONDITIONS/ $269.00 Vacation Package <br/> This entire vacation package is based upon the recipient agreeing to and following all guidelines, rules, terms and conditions herein: <ul> <li>This vacation package includes 3 nights of condo accommodations in the Orlando, Florida area and is good for up to 4 people.</li> <li>This vacation package includes your choice of 2 adult one day attraction tickets to one of the Orlando areas world-famous theme parks; 50% off gate price to Arabian Nights Dinner Theater (you may take advantage of this throughout your stay).</li> <li>Retail value up to $750.00.</li> <li>Offer expires December 31, 2010; however, you have 12 months from the date you purchase this vacation package to complete travel. </li> <li>Transportation, meals, taxes, gratuities and incidental items are not included in this vacation package.</li> <li>Hotel taxes must be paid directly to the hotel and photo identification and a credit card are required for check-in.</li> <li>If married, cohabitating, or engaged, or if single and traveling with a companion, it is required both persons attend a 60 – 90 minute sales presentation and tour at award winning Silver Lake Resort in Orlando together. Tour will not be scheduled for the date of your arrival or the date of your departure. No purchase is necessary.</li> <li>This vacation package is not available to groups(Groups are considered to be 2 or more households traveling together), current Silver Lake Resort owners, employees, persons who have toured at Silver Lake Resort within the past 18 months, persons under the age of 21 or over the age of 72, persons who are not gainfully employed, singles residing outside the U.S., residents of Canada who are not married or cohabitating, those persons who do not speak and understand English or Spanish fluently and those persons residing in the Florida counties of Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole and Volusia. </li> <li>Failure to meet requirements at the time of travel or failure to attend the sales presentation and tour will result in the charge of retail value of accommodations ranging from $85 to $219 per night, plus applicable tax per night, less amounts previously paid on the vacation package, and the forfeiture of attraction tickets.</li> <li>Silver Lake reserves the right to substitute hotels and destinations of equal or greater value based on availability. Your actual travel dates are subject to availability.</li> <li>Cancellations-You have up to fifteen (15) days from receipt of your vacation package. No other method will be accepted.</li> <li>You may change your date of travel, subject to availability, with 30 days notice, 60 days for summer and holidays in advance. In order to avoid a 1 night’s accommodations plus tax charge, any cancellations/reschedules of confirmed travel dates must be received at least 72 hours prior to your arrival.
