Terms and Conditions: 1. All room accommodations are sponsored by Summer Bay Resorts and are subject to availability. 2. Accommodations are in a standard room, for up to four (4) people. Sorry, no pets. 3. When reservations are confirmed, you will receive an email or US Mail confirmation with directions and check-in information. 4. You must provide a valid driver license, one (1) other form of identification (major credit card), and your written confirmation at check-in. 5. This offer does not include transportation, meals, or any incidental / personal expenses. 6. You must be at least twenty-five (25) years old to be eligible. 7. Full-time students are not eligible. 8. You must travel with spouse, if married. Non-married couples must take the familiarization tour together. 9. Guests are responsible for all state, and federal taxes. A $15 per night, per room deposit is required to secure your reservation and may be applied to the room taxes due upon departure. This deposit will be forfeited in the event you fail to show on the date scheduled to arrive. 10. To be eligible to receive the accommodations and tickets offered in this promotional package, you will be obligated to participate in a tour, and courteous familiarization presentation of the resort and the options available for its vacation ownership plans. If you fail to attend the required tour and familiarization presentation, you will be charged the retail rate for the accommodations you received. The retail rate of the accommodations varies depending upon the time of year and hotel used. 11. Cancellations must be received a minimum of three (3) days prior to your arrival date. If you fail to provide at least three (3) days notice, you will be charged for one (1) night
