What is the minimum commitment if I sign up?
With Whitecap there is no minimum commitment. You simply pay month-to-month.
If you decide to cancel your account, you will be billed for the current month,
but never again.
Do I pay extra per lead or tour?
No. Beyond the monthly fee per resort, your organization will not be
charged anything. You are not charged per lead, tour or timeshare sale.

What is the 30 day free trial?
The 30 day free trial is an offer for resorts of all sizes to test drive
the Whitecap platform. We implemented this trial so that a resort
can familiarize themselves with our online tools and process before
they decide to commit to a monthly plan.
How do I get started?
Simply contact us via email or phone and we will be glad to faciliate
your account setup. Our goal is to get your first resort and mini-vacation
package set up to generating leads within 7 business days.
Do you offer support?
We offer support to facilitate your resort managers and phone room
operators. Depending on your package, we can provide varying levels
of interaction and a support tech will always be there to answer your
questions within 24 hours.

Add your Resort
Adding a new resort to Whitecap is simple. We enter your resort's info, including
accommodations, directions, ammenities, and terms into the Whitecap
lead processing system. We also connect your reservations phone room and
email contacts to our booking system for seamless, no-hassle lead processing.
Add your Mini-Vacation
Next, we add select mini-vacation packages to your resort profile. These can be customized to
specific prices, qualifications, premiums, inventories, blackout dates and more.
We also include a full multimedia display to show off the highlights of each vacation package.
Work Incoming Leads & Tours
Once your vacation is ready, it will immediately be placed on Vacation-Offer.com and
optimized to generate qualified leads and tours. The Whitecap system is made to seamlessly
connect with your phone room operators and help you efficiently work leads and tours.
